X-Linux Setup Reference
Download and Installation
We recommend user to use 16 MB or above MDM/DOM
(X-Linux does not support DOC)
to install our Linux ghost image.
Download images and use GHOST program to restore Linux system.
Before restoring image, you should let DOS can find it. (fdisk and format it
to be recognized by DOS that GHOST can see it)
The default user name is "root" and password is "password".
If you want to make your own kernel, download our kernel configuration file to make Linux kernel for X-Linux.
Copy it to your kernel source code directory and rename it to ".config".
- Linux kernel 2.4.28 configuration file: 2.4.28.zip
- Linux kernel 2.4.26 configuration file: 2.4.26.zip
- Linux kernel 2.6.4 configuration file: 2.6.4.zip (not full test)
