Mity SoC Module

Mity-SoC Module (65x45mm) is designed as the kernel of your own application, which equipped with the DM&P 6117D CPU, onboard DRAM (2/4MB), BIOS and multi I/O. The output of Mity-SoC are 64pin (2x32, pitch 2.0mm) connector x 2, one is for specific ISA bus, the other is for all the I/O which including COM, PRN, IDE, GPIO....and so on.

Also, we have a development kit for Mity-SoC module, it's called Mity-SoC Development Board. Please see the photo as below You can take this as both development board or your reference design. You can design your own board based on this development board. Which means your own board will only with the I/O you need, and it could be any shape.

Quick Start

  • Mity SoC Development Kit Installation
It will show you how to install Mity SoC module and setup your development environment. For easily develop, programmer can install hard disk or use serial port to upload their program to test. If you want to use LAN to upload program, just install our PC104 LAN module and run DSock FTP server example.
  • Setup Your Development Environment
We recommend some development environment for programmer to setup their environment. Programmer can build and debug program on Mity SoC, upload program via serial port or Ethernet or use EEPROM writer to make new Flash.
  • Examples & Tools for Mity SoC
We provide some examples for programmer to quickly start their development. They will show you how to use port 80h to dump data, GPIO and watchdog timer example, serial port transfer program and TSR to control Mity SoC.

Development Reference

Mity SoC module is based on our M6117D CPU that can take all DOS programming resource of our Mity-Mite Module or other M6117D based boards. It can use MakeROM to make ROM image, GrLCM library to drive text/graphic LCM, SerPort library to easily access COM port and XMS library to access more RAM...
