- Support printer interface for Vortex86SX serials.

- Support busy checking of new 320X240 LCM module (LCM_320X240A).
- New 320X240 LCM support busy checking. User can use this new mode
(GPIO only, pin20 connected to GP12) to check
busy flag to avoid flicker but display performance will slow down.
- If programmer use Turbo C/C++ to make GrLCM program, programmer will get some trouble.
The compiler we recommend to use our GrLCM library is Borland C++ 3.1.

- Fixed: User can use VGA emulator on PC to test LCM function.

- Trad. Chinese (BIG5) and Simp. Chinese (GB2312) font file added.
Those two font files include all Chinese font that user need not collect
